PK AirFinance underwrites the debt for 15 MD-82 with Alitalia.

PK AirFinance provided the debt for a European leasing company in a sale and lease back transaction involving 15 MD-82 aircraft with Alitalia. A significant portion of the debt has been syndicated in the bank market.
